Silverstone Investment Network Investment Opportunities — [21 September 2006]

The following FOUR COMPANIES are seeking investment via the Network. The descriptions available summarise the investment proposal made by the company. The information is provided by the company and has not been vetted in any way by the Network.

Company A: £150k

Company A delivers telecommunications to hard-to-reach places. For example, to building sites, oil exploration zones and to vehicles. We use satellites, wireless communications and the Internet to deliver data, voice and video securely and immediately on deployment. Company A products complement those of the telcos, we do not compete with them.

Our products are proven, with sales achieved over the last 3 years. Our main successes have been with Local Authorities, who are encouraged to deliver their services to the point of need. Some take the view they will need a vehicle with broadband communication to do this. Also we have equipped vehicles for schools, colleges and companies.

We see wide application of this technology for Medical Scanning, Homeland Defence, Streaming Services (radio and TV stations), GSM Backhaul, Construction, Oil & Gas, Business Continuity and Railways.

We are currently negotiating several substantial contacts, when one is secured it will remove the need for further financial support.

Company B: £150K

Pet Security and knowledge of pet health remain priorities for pet owners globally, and pet travel is increasing by 15% each year. Subsequent to being awarded s DTI smart award, Blueprint Healthcare has developed simple low cost DNA profiling technology, which will allow the provision of the worlds first DNA-based pet identification reunification service, the development of a global DNA database for pet identification for the purpose of pet travel, alongside delivering the unique ability to provide comprehensive pet health information to pet owners based on their pet’s genetic background

The product, is supported by Battersea Dogs and Cats Home and the RSPCA. Of a total of £500k (£350k already committed), £150k is now required for product launch and initial working capital.

Company C: £300K

Company C have developed a system that unilaterally detects and replaces broadcast TV advertising on live TV using digital fingerprinting. Their system gives them automated control over what is shown on TVs and giant screens during the ad breaks in sports event shown in pubs and other venues. Their initial market is central London sports bars where they have operated for two years and have sold out their inventory for the World Cup and beyond.

They are now getting ready to expand in the pubs sector and into new markets such as fitness clubs. The company has patented its inventions. Company C is seeking investment to fund expansion.

Company D: £1.5m

Company D is the development and manufacture of a fuel efficient and affordable supercar for the road, which will have a distinctive 3-seat, central driving position, a stunning 3.8 second 0-62mph performance, yet with a £80-100,000 price tag.

Swedish aeronautical materials & design expertise as well as the cost effectiveness of an OEM supply model are the primary drivers of a significantly lower car weight (890 kg) and lower unit costs (£37,500).

Three years in R&D utilising state-of-the-art 3D Solid Edge CAD programs, P903 represents an evolution in small volume sports car manufacturing – no more ’oily rags’ ’petrol heads’ and ’hand-made’ sports cars - try ’digital modelling’, ‘repetitious accuracy’ and ’0.1 mm tolerances’.

Discussions are taking place with a racing marque with a view to car brand, whilst production and sales at levels between 50 and 200 p.a. will be driven from the Silverstone Factory.

An investment of £1.5m is required to commence the manufacturing phase and enter commercial production within 15 months. With a gross margin of 50%, investor returns of 30%+, and a company valuation of between £25-50m, investors can look to a year 5 exit via trade sale or AIM flotation.
